Trust: Trust comes in a wide range of sizes and is a huge part of being a Virtual Assistant. Our clients trust us with their business and quite often, their lives. Trust is also really important within our team, we always have one another’s backs and will jump in to help when someone needs it.
Community: When you work remotely and on your own, it can be lonely at times, so in building our team we’ve created a strong community of like-minded VAs who share common values and have become friends as well as colleagues.
Growth: Sharing knowledge between team members and helping one another grow both as individuals and as entrepreneurs.
